As you can see from our model, Ziggy, below, there are several places to measure a dog. We know that sometimes they just won’t stay still, but it can really help us design your garment to your dog if you give us accurate measurements.
back – measure from above the shoulder blades to the base of the tail
front body – measure around the trunk just behind the back of the front legs
collar – measure around the neck/collar
back body – measure around the trunk just in front of the back legs
front head – measure around the head on the top of the head, an inch or two behind the eyes
legs – measure from the bottom of the foot to where the leg joins the trunk
middle body – measure around the trunk equidistant from each pair of legs
